YOU ARE THE APPLE OF THE EYE OF THE LORD

"Keep me as the apple of Your eye; hide me under the shadow of Your wings."Psalm 17:8

The phrase “the apple of the eye” speaks of something precious, deeply valued, and carefully protected. When David asked God to keep him as the apple of His eye, he was expressing his trust that his life mattered to God and that God would continue to watch over him.

The same assurance is available to you today.

You are not forgotten. You are precious in the sight of the Lord.

There may be seasons when people overlook you, misunderstand you, reject you, or fail to recognize your worth. But never allow the opinions of others to determine your value. God sees you, knows you, and cares about you.

GOD SEES YOU

God knows your journey, your struggles, your prayers, and the sacrifices you make when no one else sees them.

Psalm 139:1-3 reminds us that nothing about our lives is hidden from God.

When you feel overlooked, remember that God sees you clearly.

YOUR WORTH COMES FROM GOD

Your value is not determined by your job, accomplishments, possessions, or the opinions of others.

Isaiah 43:4 says, “Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you...”

Your worth comes from the One who created you and gave your life purpose.

GOD IS YOUR KEEPER

Psalm 121:5-8 reminds us that the Lord watches over us wherever we go.

Life will bring challenges, but you do not have to face them without God. When the storm comes, He is with you. When the path is uncertain, He will guide you. When the burden feels heavy, He will strengthen you.

REST UNDER HIS COVERING

David prayed, “Hide me under the shadow of Your wings” (Psalm 17:8).

God's presence is our place of refuge. When you cannot control every situation, trust God with what is beyond your control and remain faithful in what He has placed before you.

DON’T LET PEOPLE DEFINE YOU

Your past does not determine your future. Your mistakes do not cancel your purpose. Rejection does not determine your worth.

God knows who He created you to be.

So, step into this new week with faith and confidence. Keep moving forward, knowing that your life is in God's hands.
