Happy Monday and God’s Blessings,

“Goodness Every Step”

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” — Psalm 23:6

Beloved, life is a journey marked by hills and valleys, open doors and closed ones, answered prayers and prayers still awaiting fulfillment. Yet in the midst of it all, God gives us an unwavering promise: goodness every step.

Not just goodness at the destination. Not just goodness when everything goes our way.But goodness, every step.

The question is not whether the journey will include difficulty. The question is whether we will recognize His goodness as we walk through it.

Goodness Is God’s Nature

Goodness is not something God turns on and off based on our performance. It is His character. When He leads you, He leads you in goodness.

“Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good.”

When Joseph was betrayed by his brothers, sold into slavery, and imprisoned, his circumstances did not look good. Yet in Genesis 50:20, he declared:

“You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good.”

Even when people intend harm, God works goodness.

In a delay, there is hidden goodness.Behind a closed door, there is protective goodness.

Goodness in the Valley

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.”

Notice something powerful in Psalm 23: goodness is promised after the valley is mentioned. You do not avoid valleys because you belong to God. You walk through them with Him.

The valley is not proof that God has abandoned you. It is evidence that He is leading you somewhere higher.

Goodness is not the absence of hardship.Goodness is the presence of God within hardship.

In seasons of uncertainty, career decisions, waiting periods, and challenging transitions—God is still working behind the scenes. His goodness is active even when it is unseen.

Goodness That Pursues You

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me…”

The Hebrew word for “follow” carries the meaning of pursuit—to chase after.

God’s goodness is not passive. It pursues you.

You may feel as though you are chasing a breakthrough, but the breakthrough is chasing you. You may think you are pursuing an opportunity, yet it is favor that is pursuing you.

Goodness is not distant. It is following you.

You are not walking alone. You are surrounded.

Goodness Every Day

Not just Sunday goodness. Not only on victorious days. Not only when faith feels strong and prayers are loud.

Every day.

Even when your emotions fluctuate, God’s goodness remains consistent.

Live Aware of His Goodness

Step forward with confidence into the goodness God has already prepared for you.

Trust the Shepherd. Follow faithfully as His sheep. Walk in alignment, and goodness will flow in its appointed time.

Goodness will be with you every step.

You are Blessed! You are a Winner! Enjoy the Week!
